Nepal Forum for Restorative Justice organized a one-day meeting with the stakeholders in Hetauda, the capital city of Bagmati Province on 5 September 2023. The meeting was organized in collaboration with Women for Human Rights.
The aim of the meeting was to draw attention of relevant government and non-government stakeholders of the province to the issues of reparation and reconciliation for conflict victims. The conflict victims and civil society organizations present in the program expressed that there is an urgent need for the reparation and reconciliation for conflict victims, while the government officials expressed the relevance of talking about conflict in the present context while the country has progressed much further from the times of conflict.
